The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel right at home and were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. the breakfast that was provided was not only delicious but also made with great care and attention. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, situated in the heart of the city and within walking distance of the main attractions and markets.
That the rooms were a bit cozy and not very spacious. However, this was a minor issue as we spent most of our time exploring the city and didn't need a large room.

The riad is central but quiet, with nice communal areas including a roof terrace. Convenient for the airport. Warm greeting and tea on arrival. Reliable WiFi. Tastefully restored interior.
Felt super comfortable, nothing to complain about.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They offered us free tea whenever we wanted and always had a warm welcome waiting for us. The arabic decoration in the accommodation was truly marvelous, giving it an authentic feel. The hotel had everything we needed, including comfortable common areas and a lovely terrace on top to relax and soak up the sun. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main square, allowing us easy access to all the attractions of the city.
That the entrance of the hotel from the street was a bit hidden, making it a little difficult to find at first. However, this is a common issue with hotels located inside the Medina, so it's not unique to this place.

My husband and I recently stayed at Riad Redous for a week-long getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed by Siad and Miriam, who were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The location was perfect, providing easy access to both the bustling medina and the tranquil riad. We enjoyed a delicious and varied breakfast every morning, and appreciated the use of the kitchen facilities for our own snacks and drinks. The rooftop terrace was a delightful spot to unwind, soaking up the afternoon sun. Siad also helped us arrange airport transportation through his reliable taxi contacts. Riad Redous provided great value for its central location.
Strongly recommend this hotel.
